This page explains what Parkdale Digital collects when you contact us, why we collect it, and how to reach us about your information.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company or store, email address, store URL, project type, timing, plan interest, and message. We may also attach the Parkdale page that referred you to the form so we can understand the context of your inquiry.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand whether we are a fit, schedule a call, and follow up about the project you asked us about. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Brevo to process and send contact form emails. Your submission may be transmitted to Brevo so that we can receive and respond to it. If we add a CRM or lead database later, we will use it only to manage inbound inquiries.
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, and maintain basic business records.
